Due to the current pandemic, we’ve made some changes to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible:
When you arrive:

*Please come wearing a valveless mask. It is required for entry.

Temperature will be checked on staff and patients.

There will be no access to a public restroom.

*Please reschedule if you have been around anyone sick or experienced any of the following in the last three weeks: fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, chills, loss of smell or taste, sore throat, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms*
Check-in process:

New patients should complete intake "paperwork" using our at least two days beforehand.

If your insurance has changed or you are a new patient, pictures of the front and back of photo ID and insurance cards should be texted or emailed to us beforehand.

You may let us know you have arrived for your appointment by texting or calling. We will let you in at your appointment time.

Please come alone unless you require assistance. Guests should wait in their vehicle or outside.
Steps we are taking to decrease the spread of COVID-19:

We are decreasing the number of patients seen per day and will thoroughly sanitize the office in between each patient.

Patients will be seen by appointment only.

We sanitize all frames and common areas touched by patients.

We have upgraded our HVAC filtration system and have medical-grade HEPA air purifiers in every room.

We are controlling the number of patients in the office at any given time.

Due to reduced time slots, there is a $25 no-show fee.
