Due to the current pandemic, we’ve made some changes to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible:

 

When you arrive:

  • *Please come wearing a valveless mask. It is required for entry.

  • Temperature will be checked on staff and patients.

  • The door will be locked when you arrive. We will let you in at your appointment time. 

  • There will be no access to a public restroom.

  • *Please reschedule if you have been around anyone sick or experienced any of the following in the last three weeks: fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, chills, loss of smell or taste, sore throat, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms* 

 

Check-in process:

  • New patients should complete intake "paperwork" using our                      at least two days beforehand.  

  • If your insurance has changed or you are a new patient, pictures of the front and back of photo ID and insurance cards should be texted or emailed to us beforehand.

  • You may let us know you have arrived for your appointment by texting or calling. We will let you in at your appointment time.

  • Please come alone unless you require assistance. Guests should wait in their vehicle or outside.

 

Steps we are taking to decrease the spread of COVID-19:

  • We are decreasing the number of patients seen per day and will thoroughly sanitize the office in between each patient.

  • Patients will be seen by appointment only. 

  • We sanitize all frames and common areas touched by patients.

  • We have upgraded our HVAC filtration system and have medical-grade HEPA air purifiers in every room.

  • We are controlling the number of patients in the office at any given time.

  • Due to reduced time slots, there is a $25 no-show fee.
